The project was made from wood offcuts taken from the carpentry workshop of the Maria Zankovetska Theatre in Lviv. Without changing their shape, they were assembled into small architectural forms and painted with sacred themes — from multi-figure scenes to images of saints.
The works look like miniature altarpieces.
The first exhibition took place in 2010 in Kyiv (Khairos Gallery).
In 2024, the updated project was shown in Ivano-Frankivsk (Local History Museum).
