DIe Iconart-Gallerie bietet wunderbare Kunstwerke an, die etwas Besonderes sind. Wir durften einige Werke und auch Künstler im Rahmen einer Ausstellung in Bonn direkt sehen, die Werke wurden auch in Stuttgart und Bamberg ausgestellt. Die Absprachen über die Lieferung gekaufter Werke mit Marianna Baran waren schnell und problemlos - zum Teil sind sie noch in Ausstellungen unterwegs. Es ist bewundernswert, wie die Gallerie in diesen schwierigen Zeiten ihre Arbeit weiterführt, und ein Privileg, daran teilhaben zu können.

I ordered a beautiful icon painting from IconArt. I live in the US and due to the war felt it important to support Ukrainian artists if possible, and was particularly excited about one of the artists they represent. Buying online I wasn't sure what I would get, but the experience was fantastic. The staff were very helpful. The painting arrived weeks earlier than I expected it would, despite them operating during an active war. The painting is amazing. Sometimes art isn't as nice in person as on websites, but in this case it is the opposite. The piece is detailed, precise, and exactly as described. The gallery was a pleasure to work with -- fast to communicate and ship. All around a great experience.

As I watched the evening news during the haunting first few weeks of the invasion of Ukraine, I could not help but see Kateryna Shadrina’s vibrant image of the Madonna and Child superimposed over the TV footage of mothers carrying their young children in a panicked evacuation of their homeland. Although I have half-a-dozen depictions of the Mother and Child in my office, the liquid blues and electric yellows and oranges give Kateryna’s icon a different dynamic. I had only seen her work online, yet it helped me grieve the situation and prompted me to pray for an end to the bloodshed. In response, I purchased Kateryna's Madonna and Child. When it arrived, I was captivated in a new way with her artistry and the message. I am so grateful to those at IconArt Gallery who make the art of the precious people of Lviv, Ukraine, available to those of us in other parts of the world.

I am a great fan of the Ukranian artists whose items are sold on the iconart webside/gallery. Last year I was privileged to organise an exhibition around easter with the art from this community in Kuopio, Eastern Finland. When the tragic war started in February this year, the artits and the gallery rose into my heart along other things going on in Ukraine. For a small support I ordered a beautiful, simple canvas icon of Khrystyna Yatzyniak's Nativity. The gallery stuff kindly and understandibly answered that there would be difficultues in posting subjects at the moment. For my great joy, they managed, and finally I got my beautiful icon after several weeks in a perfect condition. It has a very special value in my home and heart. Slava Ukraini!

The Icon Art Gallery is a beautiful expression of faithfulness, art, and holiness. I ordered two icons, and both are astonishingly beautiful, drawing me and holding me there in a place of prayer. The curator was responsive and informative, and she managed to ship them promptly to me in the US from Lviv at a reasonable rate, even as the cruel war disrupted traditional shipping channels.
