Professional and Artistic Activity
Since 1974, he has been teaching at the Ternopil Children's Art School.
Since 1976, he has pursued an active artistic career and participated in numerous exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. His primary artistic interest has been graphic art. Initially, he worked with drawing, gratography, ink and pen, later focusing on printmaking techniques, including etching, aquatint, drypoint, linocut, and lithography.
Since the late 1980s, he has been a member of the informal association of Ternopil artists, the “Khoruhva” group. During this period, he also became actively involved in sacred art and icon painting. He is the author of iconostases and church murals in a number of churches in the Ternopil and Lviv regions, as well as dozens of icons created for churches in Ukraine and abroad.
Since 1992, he has been a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
The artist’s works are held in numerous museum collections, private collections, and churches in Ukraine and around the world.
